About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer you’ll carry out on-site diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to Hydrema dump trucks and earth-moving equipment at customer locations. You’ll be our front-line technical ambassador, ensuring machines are fixed right the first time and customers stay productive.
Key Duties
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical faults
• Perform scheduled services and pre-delivery inspections
• Prepare job reports and liaise with technical support
• Provide on-site customer advice for optimum machine uptime
What We’re Looking For
• Time-served Plant/Heavy Equipment Mechanic (NVQ/C&G or equivalent)
• Solid experience with earth-moving or agricultural machinery
• Full UK driving licence & confident working independently in the field
• Good communication skills and commitment to quality workmanship
