Duncan. G. Grant LTD from Laggan in Inverness-shire have taken delivery of a new Hydrema 912DS Multitip from Young Plant Sales in Doune.
The machine was chosen by Duncan to work on the formation of Mountain bike trails, forestry roads, hill paths and environmentally sensitive areas. The front suspended DS model is the perfect machine for negotiating rough areas and the Multititip (swivel tip) body is ideal for reducing the amount of manoeuvring in restricted access when tipping the load.

Duncan Grant likes being able to “drive straight in to the tipping point, tip the load anywhere over the back or side of the truck and then drive straight out without reversing keeping ground damage to a minimum.”
The DS is fitted with hydraulic front suspension that gives the kind of operator comfort only associated with larger ADTS, enhancing both the on and off road performance of the truck.
