Quality managementForeword Hydrema’s area of business is the development, production and sale of hydraulic earth-moving equipment, including mine-clearing vehicles, for civilian and military markets. This applies both to machinery produced to our own specifications and machinery that is produced to specifications laid down in a contract.
Hydrema’s quality management system has been set up in order to act as the customer’s guarantee that specifications and standards that have been laid down are complied with on the machines delivered.
The quality management system is designed to help ensure the minimisation of the risk of loss of: image, personal injury, safety, product availability, loss of market share, claims, compensation and waste of human and financial resources.
The quality management system encompasses the production facilities in Støvring and Weimar, as well as the purchasing function, central warehouse and project sales under Hydrema Export. As a point of departure, the quality management system is rooted in purchasing, logistics and production, and therefore does not cover sales and service via Hydrema’s own sales and service facilities. This also applies to Hydrema’s distributors.
Hydrema is certified in accordance with AQAP 2120, “NATO Quality Assurance Requirements for Production”
Objective
Hydrema’s products must be able to justify the claim that they are quality products. Within the framework of product policy, the characteristics of the products must therefore correspond to the requirements specified by the industry and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Hydrema’s products shall comply with applicable legislation and lead the way in the industry in terms of working environment and safety.
Hydrema as an enterprise and its products must live up to the agreed specifications and terms and conditions such that customers can have full confidence in Hydrema as a supplier and business partner. |
